bitJob: Decentralized Student Marketplace


bitJob is aimed at revolutionizing the way students make a living and gain occupational experience while still studying. bitJob will give students the opportunity to receive immediate payment for their abilities from professional employers and to sharpen their skills while enriching their dynamic résumé, anytime & anywhere.

Powered by Ethereum, bitJob is a semideveloped smartcontracts platform. By building the platform on Ethereum, there is no need to trust server administrators. Thanks to its transparent properties we now have strong authentication, identity, verifiability, voting, reputation and micro-transactions for our payments and affiliates fees distribution


1.BITJOB MARKETPLACE

EMPLOYERS & STUDENTS:
When a user downloads the bitJob application they will be prompted to confirm their details and must provide a valid/current student number that is associated or registered with an Educational Organization, College or University. A unique deposit address will be generated for them within the Ethereum network. This address will be used to transfer funds to and from bitJob's token. Service Providers will then either be directly engaged and hired by Service Seekers or hired through a bidding process. The bitJob platform will handlethe bidding process. To engage in the bidding process. 

Service Providers will offer their services in compet tion with one another. When the auction ends, the Service Provider with the lowest bid will be hired to complete the task given by the Service Seeker When either the auction ends or a deal is directly made between Provider and Seeker, the money of the Service Seeker will automatically be locked in escrow to be made available upon the
completion of task.

bitJob is the first freelancing platform which will be a HYBRID of two architectural paradigms; Centralized client server architecture, which is used in the majority of online applications Decentralized version of client server architecture that uses blockchain technology.

1ST PHASE: Partly Decentralized (hybrid) : The purpose of this is to speed up and improve the adoption of both the idea in the crowdfunding phase and the platform by users. Although a decentralized paradigm is the ultimate goal, slow adoption of blockchain technologies should be temporarily substituted by solutions that are familiar and acceptable to average internet user. Internet users today expect for online services to be fast, with intuitive interfaces that are accessible with mobile devices. This dictates our approach that provides two technologies at the same time The Hybrid Model will allow students to get payed by both traditional money & cryptocurrency

2ND PHASE: Fully Decentralized Once users are familiar with the platform and the adoption of it is satisfactory, users will be encouraged to interact through the blockchain section, which allows them to pay for services with cryptocurrency and earn income through Minting of cryptocurrency. The decentralization of bitJob particularly for its transaction processing, auctions, contribution tracking and distribution of funds allows the elimination of payment processors, reduces the operational burden of regulator compliance, and reduces costs associated with inefficient accounting and duplication of functionality. In addition, it protects against organizational corruption like embezzlement and fraud
